Cassidy Vs Meek Mills

Listen to Cassidys Looooooooooooooong diss track. This is a bit to long. He has bars but if he woulda took his best bars and turned this 10 minute sermon into a 4 minute track, the impact would of been much stronger.

This Meek diss was ok. I expect muc more from him. Not a strong diss record but it is a diss record none the less.

According to Ar-Ab Cass is not ready for this to go any further than rap. We will see what comes of it.

CZAR
James Rosemond, who we all know as Jimmy Henchmen, CEO of the prominant management company CZAR Management, allegedly admitted to being involved with the Tupac shooting in 1994.
Jimmy Henchman  confessed his involvement in the 1994 shooting ofTupac Shakur in one of the nine “Queen For A Day” proffer sessions.
Henchman originally found himself in trouble by his involvement in a drug ring, specifically cocaine. Last year, Henchman admitted having a part in the shooting shortly after Dexter Isaac declared himself the leader of the shooting.
"In 1994, James Rosemond hired me to rob 2Pac at the Quad Studio. He gave me $2,500, plus all the jewelry I took, except for one ring, which he wanted for himself. It was the biggest of the two diamond rings that we took. He said he wanted to put the stone in a new setting for his girlfriend at the time, Cynthia Reed. I still have as proof the chain that we took that night in the robbery," Isaac said in a statement to allhiphop.com.
An official transcript provided by The Village Voice, obtains statements by a U.S. prosecutor who stated that Henchman “spoke about acts of violence,” as well as stating "the defendant [Henchman] has made admission that he was involved in this particular shooting,” said prosecutor Soumya Dayananda. As more information surfaces from his trial be sure to check the Source for more updates.

A Skirt though?

What is it with men wearing skirts. I know and understand that in some cultures men wear dresses (e.g. Scottish Men). Yet, in the black culture in the U.S.A. it is far from our culture. I came across pictures of two big stars in the entertainment field, both wearing dresses. Well P-Diddy was performing in Glascow wearing a skirt (or a kilt as it is called in Scotland), does that give him a pass? Kanye, being one to constantly reinvent himself, is the skirt thing a reinvention of style or sexuality? It seems as if Kanye lost his mind, but did he? To many he has lost it, but in todays society what ever is done out of the norm is considered strange. I feel as if his choices of certain things be a little outrageous. When I think of Black Men, I think of subjected, but still strong... To see certain things done by Black Men all I can do is stay who I am, a firm and well representitive for Black Men. I just hope I don't see other males following this particular style. Picture riding through the neighborhood and see males on the corner with skirts on? First tight pants, please don't follow the skirt trend......... R.R.

L.I.P. SCOLA
August 30, 1980 - June 1, 2012
June 9th, 2012.. The day One of the most talented MC's in Sauce City (Salisbury), MD was laid to rest.. I arrived to a packed church in The Reservations. Just a block away from where I first met this young comrade named Wimpy. Him and Fell Fell was together everyday then. I wasn't living in the Projects, I was in the Reservations. And psychologocally suffering from the Willie Lynch syndrome, children in the Reservations and Projects didn't really get a long, for a brief time. We would climb under the gate and sneak in Booth St. Projects hopin to find someone and jump them. They even came on our side but we used to be to deep back in the Reservations for them to come back that far. One day It was a clash right at that gate and it seems like all the Projects was out there and half the Reservations. Indian Village is so big we still out numbered them... Out of all them people (kids and adults), only 2 people got fighting, Wimpy and Black Eric (Shit)... Fell Fell was going to jump in it, but if he did I was going to jump in it. If I jumped in it Punchy (lol) was going to jump in it. If he would have jumped in it, the homie Jamie White was going to jump in it. And it was a line for who was gonna jump into it, if someone else would of jump in it. Yet, all it was, was them 2 that fought. Come to think of it if Fell would have jumped in it, it may have  been a brawl I guess lol... After that day, there were no more problems, no one crossed that fence to fight each other again.
I moved to the South side soon after and it wasnt untill I came back to the west that I would come across Scola.... I was listening to a Pappi Nixon song and a new voice came up.... I listened and the first thing I said to North Starr was, "Who the fuck is that, He nice..." He said, "Scola"... I said ,"Who"... He said, "Scola, man u know Scola, Wimpy!!!!" I said, "Ohhhhhh, Ok, damn he nice...." I heard him spit but I brushed it off, I couldnt brush it off after I heard him... Him and Trouble started spittin together reppin Top Shottas... They started rockin the green flags heavy... We were rockin Black rags and was about to set trip. Scola was Starr and Pap cousin so we couldnt get on that time. Starr spoke with Scola and Trouble and basically it was, we fam, we rock wit M.G.... Since then, out of every one in Sauce City that M.G. would rock wit it was Top Shottas...
S.P.E.K.T.R.U.M. Spotlight Video Show aired June 7th, 2012, but I didnt see it untill the next night. To see the Levi's video is when it really hit me, he was gone. I was there for that whole video shoot and now he is gone. When I walked in to that packed church something hit me... I was instantly saddend. I stayed to the back of the church and didnt want to go see him layed up like that. I decided at that moment to have my last vision of him, as he was at thatLevi's video shoot.  As I stood there I couldnt stand there nomore, I just turned around and left. My female friend asked why are we leaving. I told her, not only is it so sad in there, but just 2 months earlier this is the same place where we said our goodbyes to my grandmother...
Scola, you was a trooper, and an official Booth and West representer... You're talent will live on, Rest Well....
Prayers go out to the Purnell Family. Scola was one of the hottest mc's on the Eastern Shore of MD, DE, and VA. He defined gritty and he was the streets. Reppin Top Shottas, he was the original member/founder along with Trouble (Byron Green). Trouble, who is currently incarcerated with a 50 yr sentence, our hearts go out to him as well. Check out the video Levi's, Pappi Nixon featuring Scola.... R.R.

JUSTICE OR INJUSTICE?

Ten years ago, Brian Banks was a promising high school linebacker at Long Beach Poly, hoping to play for Southern California.
Thursday, he walked out of a courtroom, his football dreams rekindled, after a Los Angeles Superior Court judge reversed Banks' 2002 rape and kidnapping conviction
As a junior, Banks had played on Poly's CIF Southern Section Division I championship team in 2001 and was looking to be a leader on the team's defense in 2002 after spending much of his career playing behind Pago Togafu, who is now in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals.
While taking summer classes in 2002, Banks was arrested and charged after classmate Wanetta Gibson said that he dragged her into a stairway at Poly and raped her. Faced with a possible 41 years to life sentence, he accepted a plea deal that put him in prison for more than five years, followed by five years of probation. He also had to register as a sex offender. As of Thursday afternoon, he was still wearing a court-ordered tracking device on his ankle
In March 2011, Gibson contacted Banks through Facebook.
Banks told the California Innocence Project of the California Western School of Law that Gibson had contacted him, and they videotaped her recanting her story.
"To overturn a conviction in California, you have to have new evidence," said Justin Brooks, director of the California Innocence Project. "She said had made it up, that what they had wasn't even sex but it was consensual. When he was on his way to the office, they decided to go to the stairwell and started making out. Brian said something that upset her, and she told the police he had dragged her down the hallway and raped her."
Gibson's family had won a $1.5 million judgment from Long Beach Unified School District because of Banks' conviction. Instead of putting that money at risk, Brooks said, Gibson recanted her video statement. Still, Brooks was able to get the district attorney to look at Banks' case.
At Banks' hearing Thursday before Judge Mark C. Kim, who had presided over Banks' original case, the district attorney agreed with Brooks that Banks' conviction should be reversed.
Banks, now 26, is hoping play linebacker or special teams in the NFL. With the reversal, he will be allowed to leave the area to attend tryouts..... R.R.
