1. For the People out here who don't know who you are, Please introduce yourself, where your from, and what do you do?

 My name is Vonderlear Smack aka "SMACK". I am from Salisbury, MD and currently reside in Smyrna,DE. I work at Delaware State University and I am also a Promoter/Graphic Designer/CEO of Smack E.N.T (Everybody Needs This)

2. So for how long have you been doing this and do you love it?

I have been promoting for a very a long time with everything I do combined I would say approximately 20 years! I love the Music Promotions the best. I have a passion for it! I have always been a big supporter of Unsigned Music aka Underground Music since 1986!

3.So far in Life what's been one of your best moments?

Wow there are so many! I would have to say my best moment was being recognized for my Unsigned Hype Networking Event by my Idol in the music world......L. Burner! I'll never forget the day she called me I was so shocked! I spilled it all she was shocked that I knew so much about her and her vision with music! Being a part of her Mind Ur Business Music Conference just opened up a new network for me! Then to top it off I got a nice article in the News Journal for what I have a passion for MUSIC! I'm not gonna lie I am still on high and even on a bigger one now that you are doing this! It's nice to know that my vision is starting to be seen and recognized by people all over the US!

4. If you had 3 wishes... what would you wish for?

Three wishes:
1. Hit the Powerball or Mega Millions! lol
2. Communities would start supporting their local talent!
3. To own my own State of the Art- Music and Conference Center

it would be called SMACKTOWN USA MUSIC AND CONFERENCE CENTER!

5. Give some words of Inspiration to the people!

Whatever you set your hear out to do put your all in to it! Educate yourself and be prepared for the downfalls that may come! Always learn from your mistakes so you do not come across them again! Put trust in yourself first! Go with your gut feeling 9 times out of 10 that is God talking to you! and last but not least I leave you with these words I live by daily: Failure Is Never Final.....Success Is Never Ending ----Dr. Robert Schuller

 My name is Dwayne E. Powell, reside in Milford, DE. I work Social Service Specialist for the State of Delaware Adopt-A-Family Program, Owner of Evo Photographie; www.evophotographie.com, Activist, Mentor, Community Organizer.

      2. So for how long have you been doing this 

and do you love it?

 I have been in the human service field close to 15 years now. I Started doing Photographing 3yrs ago.

3.So far in Life what's been one of your best moments?

One of my best moments in life was attending the First Million Man March. At young 15 year child I was inspire to see over a Million Black Men in one place being Positive! Another moment was being part of building the Fatherhood Program in the State of Delaware.

4. If you had 3 wishes... what would you wish for?

To break away the metal slavery that the Black man and woman is endearing in today's society, second to go to Africa, To reach my full potential that Creator bless me wish.

5. Give some words of Inspiration to the people!

 Just as a gardener cultivates his plot, keeping it free from weeds, and growing the flowers and fruit which he requires, so may Man tend the garden of his mind, weeding out all the wrong, useless, and impure thoughts, and cultivating towards perfection the flowers and fruits of right, useful and pure thoughts

For all those that don't know me my name is Matt.. other call me Mac Madden or Ghost... I'm originally from Paterson, New Jersey in 5th Ave Project's ... But I grew up in Princess Anne, MD, (GREENWOOD)... I'm U.M.E.S. SECURITY Co-CEO/Manager GPP

2. So for how long have you been doing this and do you love it?

At the age of 29 i'm finally doing thing's the way i want and i feel so much better... I finally got a state job doing SECURTITY over U.M.E.S.. I'm also and asst. Coach at my local high school (washington high).. But in between both of those I also help manage A local promotional group call GETTIN PAID PRODUCTIONS (GPP)... GPP IS A POSITIVE MOVEMENT THAT SUPPORT ALL LOCAL ARTIST AND RESPECT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY DOIN FUND RAISERS AND MORE... ONE OF MY BEST PERSONAL ACHEIVEMENT IS THAT I NOW COACH MY OWN AAU BASKETBALL TEAM (8th grader's).. that is like a blessing it mean's alot to me to have my own team and know that they are an official AAU team .. this if why i'm so in love with the thing's I do know day's... 

3.So far in Life what's been one of your best moments?

So far and until the day i'm buried and gone the best moment's in my life will be the birth of my two lil girl's Ma'kyra and Jamira... age's 6 and 4

 

4. If you had 3 wishes... what would you wish for?

If i had 3 wish's I wouldn't even wish for money or car's... Mines will b simple as 1. A house( a place i can call mines) not and apartment to pay rent ... i need mortgage 2. never allow myself to lose focus of what's important to me and my life anymore..( that one mistake cause me everything and almost caused me to give up on life)... 3. just to be and see my kids everyday and be able to show them life and how to treat life, and never allow people that will enter your life come between what they wanna do in life...

5. Give some words of Inspiration to the people!

WORDS OF INSPIRATION- You meet thousands of people, and none of them really mean anything to you. And then you meet one person, and your life is changed forever. Friendship isn't about who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you" and proved it... A good relationship is with someone who knows all your insecurities and imperfections but still loves you for who you are... Girls are sensitive, they overthink every little thing and they care way more than they should, but that’s what makes their love so strong..
